Abstract

This study was performed to analyze the present states of examinees applications and employment’s of the department of medical administration, and to get necessary information’s for the attractions of examinees and improvements of employment rates, so suggested points are like this;
1. state analysis of entrance examinees and enlargement of special enrolls
2. effective clinical practice necessary for employment’s
3. activation’s of alumnus associations
4. relationship enforcement’s between the department of school and hospital authorities
5. making and sending of publicity forms
6. Participation’s in making the school publicity forms
